And it's MNH. However, if you read the complete description you will see that it is a fake.

USA Scott #295 Pan-American Exposition 1901 2c Inverted Locomotive $$FAKE$$ MNH

I really wish ebay would not permit this type of listing because not everyone mentions fake in their listing, especially future sellers.
