Here is a regular Scott 69..I was looking through them and I came across this stamp and perfed it..Let me know what I have.

The stamp came out of one of my old stock books...it was folded over and when I flattened it out, that was the perf..strange.

This is reperfed. Why someone would bother to reperf a 3c Maple Leaf is anyone's guess, but it could have been for a practice run or test for, say, reperfing a 10c.

The perf holes at right are very round vs. those at top or bottom and are very cleanly punched. So is the left side starting from the "N" of the cancel downward. That section of perfs is also at a different angle than the perfs at top left.

So I have taken the top (assumed correct) perfs and matched them against the upper left side. They line up and are the same gauge in my opinion. You can check the top perfs against the lower left side if you like but I assure you I've already checked and the gauge is different.

Then I have taken the (incorrect gauge) lower left section of perfs mentioned and lined them up at the right side. There's a match there, I believe. So there are two areas reperfed here by the same machine.
