I'm having difficulty identifying this particular Overprint.
I looks like "JALPAM" but I can't find any reference in Roberts catalog of Mexico's Revenue Stamps.

Any assistance would be great! Thanks.

I see there is a San Raymundo Jalpam Oaxaca Mexico when googled.
