Just going by the Genuine photo in that link, I'd say forgery. Notice how high in the upper tablet the word "PORT" is, towards the top frame, while in the genuine, the word "PORT" is lower, more towards the thick, inner frame.

Similarly, compare the delicacy of the designs within the shield on the genuine copy to what appear to be cruder renditions in your illustration.
