Sometimes a consensus is reached, but other times there is chaos. I've seen cases where some asks for opinions on a stamp and one person says reperfed at left, another says reperfed at right and bottom. another sees a tear somewhere and on and on. Opinions on the ID of 1c imperf Franklins also often bring a vast array of opinions.
