Looking for opinions on if the newly released 44th edition is any improvement over the poorly reviewed 43rd edition.
My last copy is 2009 - 36th edition.
I'm trying to decide if I should spend stamp money on this updated version.

I'd recommend buying a used Scott U.S. Specialized catalog rather than the USPS publication. More information, including pricing, than you will get from the USPS.
