I'm helping my daughter (11 yrs old) to identify this...
I see it could be either #2606 or #2609... I can't tell!!

I believe it is a Scott 2606 (10 perf hollows, not 11)

Both the 2606 coil stamp and the 2609 booklet stamp have serpentine die cut perforations with peaks at the top left and top right, making it hard to identity.

wert is correct that this stamp is the 2606 based on the 10 valleys across the top margin and 9 across the bottom margin.

The SC 2609 has 11 valleys across the top margin and 10 across the bottom margin.
