Nice label Timm!

It appears to be advertising the Timerssortarfik sports hall in Narsaq.

Here's a link to a Danish article that mentions the place:

See pages 12 and 20. The sports hall was built in 1983.

Other Greenland sports centers were built and also issued seals to help pay for construction.
1970 in Julianehab and 1971 in Jakobshavn.
