They are German colonial issues for their African colony of Togo. Issued from 1900 up to the First world war during which all German colonies were lost to the opposition. This type of stamp is called a Yacht after the picture. The design was used for most if not all of Germanies colonies just the name varying. The selling price according to the Stanley Gibbons price is not more than a few dollars, though i'm only looking at the simplified version of the catalogue which doesn't look at varieties. They are interesting and you can spend a lot of time collecting "yachts" from all the German colonies. The ship on the stamps is meant to be Kaiser Bills imperial yacht. I believe it's now the oldest luxury yacht still serving as a luxury yacht.
You also might have two different issues there, based on the dates. The later issue has a watermark with lozenges/diamond shapes. No rare cancels here; Lome was the capital and the biggest city there, though it's always nice to have a SOTN cancel like on the 20pf.
So is the cancel date format for these stamps mm/dd/yy? If the first 10 pf red does have the lozenge watermark, my old 2006 Scott catalog indicates a value of $90 if cancel is authentic.
