Here is the 5.50 pesos value (Sc #2143L) from Argentina's "Unidad Postal" definitive series of 2001-2. Stamp was issued on February 6, 2001. Note the 5 wavy (security) die cuts on the right side of the stamp.  |

The surcharge overprint obliterates the original stamp design on most of the 22 revalued Peruvian stamps of 1915-16. In addition to the 15 regular stamps, 3 officials and 4 postage dues, such as this 2c on 10c value (Sc #206) were overprinted for regular postal use.  |
