Seems to be rouletted, and it looks more like a test stamp than a poster or advertising stamp.

It is probably a test stamp whereby they printed it on the press to demonstrate the presses capabilities.

um, I would say a sales sample and something produced to demonstrate the press's capabilities is the same thing
