Is This Really A Ux21A? Bronze Blue On Bluish?

This postcard is marked in the whoite wrap saying it is a UX21a which is the color bronze blue on bluish. I just want to get opinions before I put it up for sale. It is not a pre-printed card as the back is completely blank but there are some bends on it.
