Here's something I ran into a couple of days ago whilst looking for a comprehensive on-line Polish stamp catalogue, quite an informative site in English

This has long been a good quick reference catalogue for Polish stamps, Google Translate should help you look around.

Ben Nieborg's Polish site is very comprehensive, some of those pre-war images are mine from when he started way back.

An excellent post-war specialised catalogue to 1999 is at http://www.phila.pl/podstrony/ksiazka/spis.htm. This is an online copy of the fattest tome on Polish philately in my library. The web pages are actual scans of the book so it's not too difficult to save the whole book to your PC. There's been a rumour that they're working on a pre-war version, but nothing so far.
