If by grade, you mean professional grading from PSE, the PF, or PSAG, I would not spend the money to get a graded cert, as that bottom margin is extremely close. I don't think a graded cert on this stamp would be worth it.

Oh, it's not an unattractive stamp. I just don't think it will grade well numerically.

Having a #2 is always a good thing.

I seem to be bar-counting challenged tonight but I'll say that appears to be an 11-bar cancel. Always nice.

It is a very attractive stamp, clear on all four sides, no obvious faults from the photos. I'd be proud to have it in my collection. Why cast a pall over that by saddling it with a grade that might seem disappointingly low?

In an auction anywhere else in the world, this would be described as something like "four margins, mainly large, close but clear at the bottom". No-one would ask some bozo in California to give it marks out of 100. Just say "no".
