Use the search function for cartel and/or Philip Ryle. It is a long story. They are one and the same. Convicted felon running multiple IDs with fake stamps, shill bidding and everything else imaginable. Search, read and then stay away from all cartel listings. He has been doing this on ebay for years with no consequences. Very bad stuff.

Fredc, one thing you can do when you find one of these to-good-to-be-true deals go to www.stampsmarter.com . You will find a listing of problem sellers on that site ( among very many other useful items ).

Thanks. It amazes me how little integrity ebay requires, and how they don't care when you complain to them.
