Netherlands Nvph 1113A Potential Colour/Color Error

Hello everybody,

I have a question regarding a potential colour error that I have recieved from my grandma.

I did A bit of searching and this is what I found:

It's a nvph 1113A, but instead of the warm red that the stamp normally has, it has a dark-ish yellow colour. The picture is a bit faded, but the stamp is in a commemorative gold frame.

Does anyone have any information, regardless of what it may be about this stamp.

Im a bit hesitant to scan it. because the frame is very fragile.

I will try to get a better picture.

The colours in the picture seem really faint, but the colour is much more like the yellow stamp from the same series
