Hi Worktel2. It says "Posta Slovenska" on it. Have you tried looking under Slovakia?

Early Czechoslovakia, actually -- it reads "CESKO - POSTA - SLOVENSKA".

You'll find this one under Czechoslovakia, it's a newspaper stamp of 1918.

A set of Scott catalogs is pretty steep new, but you can usually find a used set a couple years old on ebay for $100-$200 or so. If you collect/have a bunch of US stamps the Scott Specialized for US is pretty excellent.

Have you tried your local library?

I live in a small town of less than 20,000 people and they already have 2019 Scott parts 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B on the shelves.
