Which would be worth more, a 39a or a 39P5? Both are imperforate.

Wrong forum to post this. Also we have members here from all over the world that have no Idea what a 39a is. Any chance of posting an image, scan, or picture?

I suggest a trip to your local public library to look them up in the Scott catalog. Happy hunting.

39a was the old Scott number for final proofs made of the stamp. I believe it is now 39P5 - in other words - I think they are both the same stamp.

Siegel has a stamp they are calling 39a in the upcoming rarities auction - lot #28
