This has to be among the rarest of the rare. But it's more a brochure in my view than a book. STAMP COLLECTING: Ten Easy Lessons. Lessons and philatelic dictionary. Grossman Stamp Company, New York. Eight pages. (Note: someone scratched out 25 cents and wrote in 15 cents. Them were the days)

That $50,000 stamp in 1948 is the British Guiana 1 cent Magenta stamp, it is now worth a cool $9,500,000. Not a bad investment.

It would be wonderful if the current owner of this item would post scans of its eight pages so all could see.
