used like this to probably save paper.

the orginal cover was used again, but then inside out.

I get that Johan, but why to the same person and address? couldn't you just add a new stamp and resend.

Are the address exactly the same, maybe a misspelling? Stamp doesn't look tied to cover.

They look the same. stamp is not tied.. see new image. area where stamp would have been looks like a 5 ?
