Hi all,
I have just joined the forum because I would like your opinion on a stamp I have found.
Seems to be a rare one but Im not sure how to fully identify it.
Any ideas and thoughts are welcome.
Cheers
Oscar

Oscar Your stamp is Scott No. R155c with a 2016 cat. value of .35 cents. It is not a rare item. It and many others are listed in The Scott Specialized Cat. of U.S. Stamps.
