I'm still tearing through my stamps and found a #207 with no frame line under the "3" of cents. It's beginning to occur to me that there is no end to the variations of this stamp.

My questions is - is there any added value?

The majority of 19th century U.S. stamps can have printing anomalies simply due to the printing process not being state of the art. Would this command a premium? I highly doubt it. As an example a listed flaw on the 2¢ Columbian is the "Broken hat" variety which can be found easily for around $5 or less.
