Hi there - our family has saved a few pieces of mail from the early 1900's, and I've been doing some research on some of them. One in particular looks like it may be valuable, but I can't find any examples of one (for sale or otherwise) with the cover. I think it's probably a 445, but could be a 456, unless I'm completely off! The date stamp on the cover from Oklahoma is May 7, 1918. Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!!

Interesting that no street address was needed. I would estimate minimal monetary value, but collectible I guess.

My guess: NOT 445, unlikely 456, probably 493 or 494

Why guess? The prominent toga button and the color are typical of a type II Scott 494. A better image would help also.
