i don't think it's damaged.

it's most likely just a worn cliché. look around 40, there's some wear there as well, and that's also underneath the cancel

I believe it is. Paper fibers are in evidence in the largest white (scraped) areas.

if you, by damaged, mean the stamp is faulty, I disagree
if you mean damaged from the printing house, but not faulty then I agree.

If the damage coused during printing proces like Sorsh told. What that mean this stamp ..is this stamp an error stamp or odity stamp, stamp with freaks..?

that depends if there are alot of other examples, some danish stamps have signs of cleaning of clichés and those are very common, and thus not interesting, but with others it rarely occurs and those are highly sought after.
