H is a Scott 58a booklet I just picked up at the local stamp club tonight..Notice 2 of the 3 one cent stmps numerls asr missing...Very neat.

The serif is there, but the rest is gone. Also, the "e" of postage is missing as is part of the "g" on one stamp. Great find Robert!

Was there an issue with the printing of these booklets? There appears to be quite a few listed online with various levels of missing ink.

Now you got me thinking Don..Could be right...Wondering if a run had say my on it the whole run and different oddity on another run..Very poor plate etching.
