Looks like two "crown and kukri" stamps. (Sg 14-15 I believe).
Cat. value for the green one is 75,- when used.

Note the green stamp here has a telegraph cancel, far commoner and thus less valuable than postal usage.

souldjer777 - The 4a green posted by Julius is from the 1901 to 1907 printings and bears a Kathmandu cancel from a very worn cancel device.

Your stamps are both telegraph cancels (printed 1917 to 1930 period). The one anna blue is from plate 27, second state.
