I know it's very difficult to tell from a scan, whether the color is one or the other, but what's your impression of this stamp? It's being offered in an APS sales circuit I currently have. It's offered as a orange brown scott 30 (the more valuable variety). I suppose if it may be the orange brown, I could buy it contingent on it coming back as such with a good certificate. Price is $385 (which I think may be good if this really is a sound 30, but way overpriced if it turns out to be a scott 30A).

Matt

In a case like this you can contact the Sales Division and tell them what you want to do. They will work with you,

Thanks Peter - yes, I've done that in the past. If those in the know think this may be a 30A, I'll take a chance on it and send it in. I can return for full refund if there are any issues.
