Can anybody speculate what this is? Found it in a lot buried on my desk.




Paper appears to be very soft and there's no trace of a grill. Privately perforated? Comments welcome.

Likely a proof with perforations added. The perforations are bad.

The blob on the back appears to have been a spot of glue or something possibly sticking it to an album page. It's rough to the touch.
