Austrian 3 Heller Stamp - Help With Identification

Hello everyone! I received a stamp album from someone and I cannot seem to identify this stamp. It is a 3-Heller stamp from Austria, issued in 1908 with Franciscus Josephus I on the front. With all that info I think it should be easy to identify its number or something about it, but I haven't found a stamp exactly like it anywhere on the internet. Looks like a cut-out from postal stationery, so won't be in a mainstream catalogue.
