1st:
i am reading mhedford hill VT but cannot find this anywhere

2nd:
i am reading marlboro piet bo, AB

since the USA is not where I live I might be overlooking something simple, if so, sorry.

Second cover is Marlboro in Pitt County North Carolina (cover says Marlboro, Pitt. Co. N.C.)
