If it is a slogan cancel, it's a one in a million perfect socked on the nose cancel.

Traces of other script-lettered words can be seen. So, my guess is that the complete slogan may have a somewhat different "slant".

I believe it's a bilingual slogan that actually says "Norway Land of the Midnight Sun" in English and Norwegian. I have look through my collection of skiing material, etc but can't find an example right now.

I am sure your "Norway Land of the Midnight Sun" is a different cancel as the letters do not line up with the cancel on the stamp.

I am guessing that it is a different configuration of the same message, with two-lines of Norwegian under two lines of English, between the CDS's.
