Just found this is my pile of Postal Cards. Card has a blank back. What does the M.O.B. stand for? I just find it strange that it has no address and no message.

MOB = Money Order Business
This example looks like a favor cancel for a collector.

Here are some additional typical examples. They will also show up properly on Money Order related mail to/from post offices and less frequently on normal mail when the clerk grabs the wrong handstamp. The value of the cancel on the UX27 postal card is minimal.
