I have been a member of Wensy for some time and enjoy browsing the other categories they have.
Stamps are low on the list but Stampoffers should change all that.

It appears that raywrio is correct in that Wensy.com is no more. When trying to open the site, there is no connection to wensy and after a minute or two a window (on Google Chrome) says "Web site not available. |

Good evening everyone
it was a sad day when I found out that the site had been terminated by the owner.
I believed that the site had great potential especially after the purchase of "Stampoffers".
as a seller with over 5,000 positive feedback's and over 4,000 lots listed at the time of dissolution ,I was a little disappointed at the lack of notice.
I would have thought that Darren would have contacted all the members new and old of this decision so that we could organize our listings.
Having said all this I do wish Darren all the best , I know it was not an easy task and not taken lightly.

I liked StampOffers. I was nervous when Wensy came along.
Seemed okay, and I did quite a bit of business there for a few years. It has been a year or two since I've been able to spend time trolling there for centering, errors and postmarks, so maybe it changed?
Hard to figure out why he wouldn't have put out the word to his top 10 (or 50) sellers that he wanted out. Someone just might have bought it, no? |
