Hi, I don't seem to be able to find this postcard in the Scott 2018 Specialized Catalogue.
It resembles Scott UX33 PC20a 1c on 2c Red but it only shows the numeral 1 surcharge, not the CENT text....
Perhaps I am not looking in the right place?
Any help appreciated.

Look at UX28 or UX29,

It's not listed in Scott, nor in the United States Postal Card Catalog from the UPSS, but the latter has a note about "errors" on the surcharged postal cards of 1920. It seems many of the overprint errors are questionable and some are definitely philatelic favors thus the catalog stopped listing them long ago.

It does appear to be UX33, UPSS S45 with Chicago surcharge. 'CENT' is present but very faint. Difficult to tell from a scan if "CENT" is just under inked. An interesting variety but not considered catalog listable.
