Thank for all the information shared on this topic. I have been given a full sheet of the 5c. are there any variations that I can look for? does a sheet of unused have more value?

It's interesting that most of those stamps are reasonably well centered, but on the bottom two rows the perfs shift up. Someone did a poor job adjusting the perforator.
There are more than one of 5¢ Philadelphia documentary tax stamps. The early ones have large sheet sizes, but the last one was printed in sheets of 25.
