Help With Chinese Stamps

I posted a few images from this donation lot our club received in the classics forum, but I think these belong here.

I'm a U.S. specialist, but as the club president, I have to try and help out some with this donation. I don't know a thing about China's stamps, so if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it.

The first item seems to be a presentation folder or souvenir booklet. The cover is shown, along with the one page which had stamps. This is a trifold item, with two blank pages similar to the one with the stamps:





The next two items are souvenir sheets, I think. At least in the U.S. realm, that's what they would be.

So, is it that no one is interested in China, or is it that there is a problem finding the listing?

The red monkey is very valuable.

As pointed out above, the mint red money stamp is 1980 year of monkey stamp. It's worth more than $1000 even without gum.

All appear to be genuine, with the last 2 stamps appear to be genuine postally used.
