Can you identify these stamps?

I guess that the left one was perforated and was vandalized by someone.

It is from Egypt, 1866, and indeed originally it was perforated.

The other one seems like a French colony or occupation.

The left one is a postage stamp,from Egypt too.It seems to be Michel3u (imperf) issued in 1866.

The left-hand stamp was issued perf. 12 1/2 and watermarked with a pyramid design. Imperf. stamps are either proofs (without watermarks) or forgeries. A proof stamp with a postmark has, therefore, to be forged.
