Plate scratches? Looks as though someone wiped the plate with steel wool!

This has come up before on this forum,
I have it as viscous ink during printing. (Poorly maintained ink pumps?)

If I recall comes up on early Spain, perhaps Brazil?

Could they be fibres of the paper on which the stamp was printed upon?

no, they are as someone said earlier, signs of cliché cleaning, and it's very common on these danish stamps, Frederik the 8th.
