Recently got my hands on a 1937 Stanley Gibbons Coronation Album with MH Stamps. Very intrigued. Wondering what other British Empire omnibus stamp albums out there ?

My father had plenty of the omnibus issue that he gave to me when I was a boy. I still have them. When I started working I completed the entire series, 202 stamps in all. There was no issue from Australia!

There is no stamps issued by India as well in this 1937 coronation omnibus. Does anyone know why ?

On a separate note, was there a similar omnibus issued by SG for the 1936 KGV Silver Jubilee?

There was an omnibus release in 1935 for the KGV silver jubilee but I don't know if there was an album released specifically to house them.

Whatever happened to David Giles? He wrote some nice articles about KGVI years ago. This thread was one of them.

It's a KGV album, and as stated, I've been trying to find one myself. They very occasionally come up at auction, but usually include stamps, which I don't need
