Hello again.
I couldn't find this stamp, with the hexagonal frame, in Scott 2013, stampworld and the forbidden site.
I looked under GB and in stampworld - under India too.
Can you tell me anything about it?
Could it be a south african colony?

Could it be New Zealand? Look in the 1882 series,

The first part of the NEW ZEALAND POSTAGE & REVENUE inscription is missing due to the stamp being off-centre.

I think the postmark might be from Napier, 1899.
