these arn unable to find e turkey stamps with greece overprints but have been unable to find a value or what they are. any help out there?

Hi,

These are from the so-called "Redestos issue" from 1919.

They are supposed to be from Thrace but were privately produced and were never issued.

The name comes from a story that they were issued when Redestos was captured by the Greek army but this didn't happen until 1920, a year after the stamps appeared.
