Stampcrow - if you're in the cheap seats, remember not to shout "git in the hole" on the auctioneer's backswing ...

They always have, on SAN. I can't imagine that it won't be live this time.

The stamps in this collection are way beyond my purchasing abilities. Unless we hit the "Big One"!

Who from SCF is going to bid, and on what?

I will bid via SAN, although there is only one lot I'm interested in. I prefer not to identify it.

I always fantasize about someone kneecapping one of these bozos with their three-wood.

As for the Gross Sale, I figure I'll just pick up Lot 32 and be done with this plating business...

I have requested a higher resolution (1200 or 2400dpi) from Siegel of lot 32. I explained that it was for plating purposes to be posted online for everyone. I also mentioned that this sheet may not surface again for twenty years.

I am hoping for a good response.
I will have to wait and see.
I figured that it was worth a shot.
Cannot get what you do not ask for.

If you go to the Siegel site and click on the image, a window should pop up that says "image magnifier". At the bottom of the window it says "download image". If you click on that you should get a very high res image that you can enlarge, possibly sufficiently for plating.
