It is a cut out of a 1883 US postal stationary - Scott U293

This is a corner cut-out including the stamp portion of the letter sheet Scott U293. Looks like it went to France!

Hey Pete!! Nice stamp bro!! You have any info on that stamp like dare or anything? I typed in those letters back and it brought up a name. I took a screen shot. Check it out!
