I have been using this reference frequently, so I thought it might be worth sharing. It's an online catalogue. http://www.freestampcatalogue.com/app It does have Michel and Yvert numbers for most stamps and I have noticed that there are a few Scott numbers listed as well.
The stamps are listed by country, as well as topical.

Been using this for topicals for some years...a very nice browse. Their prices are a bit steep but the site is good. Of course none of the lists are complete but it's still good for checking.
That's a neat site. Thanks for sharing it. I'm personally a fan of http://www.allworldstamps.com/ , but the source does seem to be a slightly dated Stanley Gibbons. Some of the colour references are a bit misleading as well.
