I was going through a batch and sorting by country and came across these two differnt items shown below. It obviously is from the Liege International Exposition held from April 27 to November 6th in 1905 in Belgium. Any other information as I see other labels but none like this?
As for the stamp cancelation, I see it is from Abbotsford, B.C. I am not sure if it got messed up or has something to do with a ring, as that is what it appears to be to me.
Any info on either would be appreciated.
