I know a lot of you out there don't collect Newfoundland stamps, but those who do, maybe you can help me figure out what this is... 1 - Engravers mistake. 2 - Engravers intention. 3 - A maybe variety.
I only have 2 of these..Look at part of the column, the left side is normal, but the right side has a missing part of the column.
Jogil, as far as I know there was just one printing with 3 different perforations and 8 colour trials...I assume the same die was used, as far as I know.
