Made for the packet trade in Europe . Fakes, but nothing like the real stamps .

Tens of thousands are found in beginner collections ,no value but a oddity .These were sold as approvals for 3 for 10 or 15 cents per set to beginners .

If you sell on ebay, you may get some bites, advertised as "fakes"
Some collectors desire forgeries as a comparison.
Still low value.

PS: Venezuela in the thread title would assist future students of the items.
