The first one is the Chicago & Alton Rail Road Co. The second one looks like it might be an insurance cancel (with Mutual in the name) but I'm not sure which company. It doesn't match any of the ones I've got.

Steve, Don Denman's (51studebaker) Stamp Smarter website has a complete searchable listing of insurance cancels, with illustrations. It looks like yours is one version of "The Mutual Insurance Company," or sometimes "The Mutual Insurance Company of New York." You can look and see which one best matches yours.
