1. Roland park & st helena 1899 on UX16

is this a common cancel?
what towns are they?
whats is the car 1 in the oval, not seen that before?
Value?

2. 2 frank & havenna 1930 on cover

first one is a Baltimore, Maryland streetcar cancel. Common marking but the foreign destination spices it up. Condition isn't good so I'd probably have it at $10 if I had it on ebay.

2nd cover is Frankfort, KY and Ravenna, KY.
This is the exact date shown in the MPOS catalog for 543-B-1.
Although this rates at R=II, it is a collector-sent-for philatelic cover and thus generally less desirable than a commercial use.
It is unlikely to go for more than a dollar or two.

The foreign destination spices up the first cover, but the damage created when someone used adhesive tape to put it into an album and then tore it off lifting some of the card and leaving glue soaked into it spices it down. Without the damage I would agree that perhaps $10 might be a good price, but with the damage my thought is less. I would put it on ebay with a starting bid of $1 and see what happens - you might get lucky and do well with it.
