Stampgirl, that looks like a sticker, or a cinderella. It does not look like a postage stamp

Stamp Girl,
as Peter suggested, a Cinderella, produced by Poster Stamp Productions.

These Labels were made to apply to Stamp Header Pages as an indication of the Coats of Arms of countries.
A very desirable thing to do in days gone by.

I do not have the Lubeck label.

My Scott International Vol I has a full set of those. Including that exact same Lubeck coat of arms. So would date from the 1940s/1950s.

I can just imagine my grandfather eagerly putting his $2 US in an envelope for these. He also pasted in a set of portraits of world leaders and/or flags for many of the countries. E.g. Emperor Maximilian I for Mexico.
